Privacy notice

The data controller is Annamaria Marras, founder of Adhya Lab. For any request about your data, write to info@adhyalab.com.

Only what you enter in the form: full name, work email, company, role and any message. Providing it is optional, but without your name, email and company we can't respond to your request.

To respond to your request and organise the demo. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We don't use your data for newsletters or promotional communications.

Your data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures. We keep it for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up contact, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your data is not disclosed or sold to third parties. It is processed only by the technical providers we need to run the website, appointed as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR): Lovable for hosting and the database, SiteGround for email. The data is stored in data centres in the European Union.

The website only uses technical cookies, needed for it to work and to send the form. If we start using analytics or tracking tools in the future, we'll add a banner so you can choose. The LinkedIn link takes you to an external website with its own privacy rules.

At any time, as provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR, you can request:

• access to your data;
• rectification or erasure;
• restriction of processing;
• objection to processing;
• data portability.

Just write to info@adhyalab.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
