People + Action: from problems raised to solutions verified

The platform that helps HR and leadership solve the problems holding back team performance.

With less than an hour a month per manager, we aim to solve 30–50% of the problems holding back team performance within a year.

For mid-sized technology and innovation companies that want to turn listening into concrete action: Adhya Lab brings problems to the people who can act on them, tracks who takes ownership and verifies whether the actions worked.

Training on the new framework: has anything changed?

Improved

The problem

Companies listen. The hard part comes next.

Surveys, one-to-ones and exit interviews are already in place. But what comes up often gets lost in emails and meetings. It ends up in actions left half-done, or that nobody takes on. And in the end it's hard to tell whether anything has changed.

Usually, problems…

  1. 1surface months later, in the survey or the annual review.
  2. 2get stuck halfway between those who listen and those who could act.
  3. 3are checked for completion, but the hardest part is often knowing whether things really improved.

With Adhya Lab, problems…

  1. 1surface when each short-term goal is due, while they're still fresh.
  2. 2reach the people who can solve them, even outside the team, with a deadline.
  3. 3are verified by the people affected: you can see whether the action brought real improvement.

How it works

Three steps

1

Obstacles surface

When each short-term goal is due, manager and team member review it in their one-to-one and record what held the work back.

2

They reach the people who can solve them

What the team can't solve on its own becomes a request, also to other functions, with an owner, a deadline and an escalation workflow.

3

The people affected verify

Once the action is complete, the person who lives the problem assesses whether it really worked: has anything changed?

And when something gets unblocked, a thank you

With kudos, anyone can thank a colleague, at any level and in any function, saying why.

MR

“Thanks for getting us access to the test environment in two days: you unblocked the release.”

From Marco R. to Chiara B. (IT)

DM

“The course on the new framework came at just the right time. Thanks for organising it so quickly.”

From Davide M. to Elena S. (HR)

About us

Adhya Lab is an Italian startup offering a people and performance platform for companies that want to turn listening to their people into concrete changes, verified by the people affected.

Mission

Organisations that grow together with their people

When people can express their potential, the whole organisation benefits. Adhya Lab wants to help build a world of work where listening, trust and responsibility become the normal way of working together.

The method

More than a tool

Every step on the platform comes with guidance and suggestions based on techniques inspired by coaching and Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication, adapted to everyday working life.

Annamaria Marras

Founder

I'm a management engineer and spent more than 15 years in IT consulting and finance transformation at large international companies, working on complex projects across different functions. I saw first-hand how much engagement and retention depend on what happens every day: unclear goals, decisions that never come, responsibilities left halfway, obstacles that nobody takes on. I combined this experience with my passion for coaching and psychology, and founded Adhya Lab to bring this approach into everyday work.
